On the final day of the Summer Term, five of our Year 9 and 10 students headed across to St. Michael’s CE Primary School to assist in their World Cup Water Day. All five were former students of St. Michael’s and Edward, Ella, Emelia, Summer and Jasmine were delighted to be able to head back ‘home’ to assist.
The St. Michael’s PTFA commented, “A massive thank you to St Aidan’s for lending us your amazing children today to help at our World Cup Water Day. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish—friendly, enthusiastic, responsible and brilliant with all of our younger children. They worked so hard, got involved with everything, and were a real credit to your school. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without them, and they played a huge part in making today such a fun and successful event. Thank you to the staff at St Aidan’s for supporting us, and to these wonderful young people for giving up their time. We hope you all enjoyed being part of the day!”
