We’ve been having a lot of success on the golf course recently. Year 9’s Freddie Swire is our latest champion, triumphing in a competition at our local course, Knott End, on Sunday, 8th June against stiff competition. This is on the back of Year 11’s Jacob Stock performing brilliantly with a fourth place in the Lancashire U-16 tournament at Clitheroe earlier in the week.
In addition, Willow Danks, also of Year 11, continues to impress and has been participating in tournaments across the North-West, as well as maintaining her excellent progress in tennis tournaments too. Congratulations to Freddie, Jacob and Willow. We hope the weather stays good and the fairways dry and firm!
