Success at National Youth Monologues 2026!

By
We are delighted to celebrate the success of our students in this year’s National Youth Monologues competition. Following an exceptional year, with nearly 4,000 young actors entering from across the UK, our students and school were recognised for the outstanding quality of their work and performances.
As stated by the organisers:
“Following an exceptional year, with nearly 4,000 young actors entering from across the UK, this nomination recognises the quality of work being produced by your students, as well as your commitment to supporting and developing young performers. It is a significant achievement, and we are very pleased to recognise your contribution.”
We are especially proud that Leila Morley-Knight has reached the Regional Final and will compete for a place in the National Final on 17th May.
In addition, Adrian Douglas, Abbey Smith, Bridget Whiteside and Lucy Greenwood were all recognised with Highly Commended awards in acknowledgement of the high standard of their entries.
We are also thrilled that the school has been shortlisted for the Methuen Drama School & Group Prize, recognising our ongoing commitment to supporting and developing young performers.
Congratulations to all involved on this fantastic achievement.
