For the second year running, Year 8’s Lois Brooks is in the running for the Song Academy Young Song Writer of the Year Award. Lois, who won the national award when she was in Year 7, has written a new song ‘Be who you wanna be’ for the school’s 60th Anniversary, later this year. The song has been short-listed in the final thirty for this year’s award. Keep an eye on the website over the next few weeks as we let you know how Lois goes on.
