Christmas is for the animals too!

We were very excited to deliver the fruits of our Longview RSPCA Christmas Appeal to the centre in Stalmine on Wednesday, 20th December.  School Officers Alex, Hattie and Yasmin carried in the boxes of food and equipment that students had gathered over the past few weeks.  Special thanks need to go to Mrs Fewson-Reeve and members of H3 for the biggest contribution.  The centre was, of course, delighted to receive the donations.  This is something we try to do every year and, in a cost-of-living crisis, is even more needed.

Miss Butler, who co-ordinates the drive (and volunteers at the RSPCA) said, “The pupils and staff at Saint Aidan’s have worked really hard to ensure all the animals at Longview get a Christmas shoebox on Christmas Day!”
